The pickup for my waja still acceptable la .. satisfied with it .. maybe mine is mitsu engine.. never tried before campro engines..

I heard putting a campulley on can shift the powerband down, so you got more power at lower rpm. im not sure its true or not la.

For Campro is 148Nm of torque at 4000rpm. Which means with the peak torque coming in at a relatively high RPM, tis engine meant to be high revver for spirited driving.

For Mitsu 4G18 is 140Nm of torque at 2750rpm. Which means big amounts of torque at low revs, it a nice and stressless drive in city driving situations.

So, Pick up for Mitsu 4G18 will be more good...while campro is belakang mari 1. Both also nice la

But 2.7k is still relatively high. I wanted it to come down perhaps to somwhere around 2k to 2.5k. Know anyone doing it??

but how come compared with neo .. the neo pick up better.. isit becoz its light ?

2.75 high meh??? ok for me already...if 2k to 2.5k thn FC more bad lo. Press little accelerate thn 2k rpm already...

Neo is 1172kg and Waja campro is 1175kg wo. Juz diff 3kg only...

I think its because of the ecu tuned difly la. Also the gear ratio might be diff abit kot.

But i rarely drive at 2.7k I normally drive between 1.5-2.5. Any higher i shift de. With 99% of the time on city streets. I feel like i nvr had the chance to use the remain powerband I heard FTD can do it. Price abt 200... not really sure tho. They can retard the timing also (move the powerband upward) to save fuel consumption. Of course u will loose a bit power la. But some say you wont felt it coz not so obvious. Duno la...

Thats why whenI bought mine, I took 2006 model rather than the 2007 model.
