All platforms need to make COD optional. Sellers should have option to not participate in COD. High rate of cancellation and on top of that the sellers have to face high rate of damage risk since the wrapping protection has already been opened. Same goes for return parcel. Most cb type are those who open the seal, send back and then not even wrap properly in the condition it was sent.

COD is the worst thing for seller and courier guy. Those SOB just order for fun then reject. courier guy told me customer order 6 or 7 then tell him only will take 2-3. the rest reject. some reach customer door at flat then reject

Those COD usually not sincere wanna buy the product. Maybe thought can look see look see first. Nice take, not nice don’t want. So best is disable the options.

i've been a buyer since lelong.com in 2004. never did we ask for this COD option. it's a step backward. if shopee insist on going back to ancient style of purchase, why don't they introduce barter trade payment.
