My condo the rule are:

If you dont want your visitor to give details at guard, you pre registor them as visitor. then scan QR no question asked.

Inside the app the mandatory field to pre register your visitor is name, number and plate. Anything happened, we tie back to you, as you are in charge of your visitor.

If walk in without QR, they need to give details. Tanak bagi IC/Lesen then spell out your details one by one.
