the survivors can bukti mah if the bus all along way spending?

why no such statement?

The bus was NOT speeding. The very first statement from the survivor already mentioned very clearly the bus all of the sudden sped post the smell and f burnt tyre. There was another survivor statement saying driver appeared agitated angry at something seconds before the accident.

QUOTE

Based on dashcam, he did good not to roll the bus over the barrier or even hit it. He actually swerved and only rested on the left side of the bus. RIP

Statement from bus driver.

plausible. i mean, based on the situation that we know now, this is highly possible as well.

students said, driver marah2, but driver said he is actually shouting to students to get ready for impact because no brake.

people said he bawak laju and potong/overtake other vehicles, driver said cant stop because no brake so he has been dodging other vehicles, need to overtake them.
i hope forensics will show the true cause. really brake issue or not.

The usual Ape Salahan Saya? Not the pemasangan brek, not yg inspect brek, not driver, not bus owner

statement already say turun bukit, already said he elak 4 vehicles before crashing.

now we can just blame the bus owner for not servicing the brake.
or just blame Ah Loke, sebab boleh dik

If he didn't comment stuff like "grateful I'm alive/fine + details on own health conditions".. I would've believed his excuse about brake failures causing bus unstoppable.

very strong "saving own ass" vibe there and attempt to "divert" attention from the lives lost by emphasizing his own injuries.

turun gear la one by one, engine braking is more effective than low press brake and better to use when in brake not working situation
this is one of the reason i hate auto vehicle everytime die2 need to press brake moderately to stop vehicle, why manual car slow press only on first gear.
