driver is done. all the records also recent news footage on how the situation before it went down from surviving students themselves.

News say he got 18 summons, including speeding. So most likely he is speeding too and spreading lies now.

Most of the accident or killing cases when check history, sure have multiple summons or multiple crime history one. This is what happen when we encourage more criminals to born out here by not taking any action even after repeated offences
