Last month I took express bus from Kanazawa to Kyoto.

260km, bus stopped twice at R&R, each time 10 minutes.

Every stop, before passengers can go down, bus driver went down to place wheel stoppers on the front wheel.

The ticket cost - RM150 (4 seats per row). Seat got safety belt & power plug.

If Msian bus could charge half the price, I guess the service quality could greatly improve.

But with RON95 at RM2.05, many will feel it's cheaper to drive 260km IF bus ticket gonna cost RM75/pax.

This is from 2016, 10 years in still not mandatory.

You think suddenly overnight will be? Wait la the lorry and bus owners lobby against it.
