later salah device again as the lorry wanna lap to potong the kerata in front but this device limits the lorry to lap and slow down off.

Then langgar kereta depan kerana tak sempat Lap

Cost of more enforcement... ahem ahem...

Japan has stringent heavy transport regulations, largely driven by the "2024 Problem" aiming to curb driver overwork. From April 2024, a 960-hour annual overtime cap is enforced for drivers, significantly impacting logistics. Drivers face strict rules on breaks, mandatory health/sobriety checks, and robust licensing.

Vehicles adhere to rigorous size, weight, and emission limits, with strict maintenance and inspection requirements. For long-distance hauls, there's an increasing push for co-driver systems to facilitate mandated rest periods, with new rules on sleeping berths. Violations carry severe penalties, including business suspension or license revocation, reflecting Japan's commitment to road safety and driver welfare.

society should not addicted to the low, cheap things anymore, that's the reason why B40s remain low income for life

if JPJ found out during the inspection, suspend the license for this heavy vehicle for life.
ALso during each time annual road tax renewal should take photo showing it is working...

Plus in Dubai if they exceed it will make loud sound, at least the passenger in the bus know too.

All new heavy vehicle got speed limiter la. But buyer/company can write to manufacture to disable it and they take responsibility. When accident time, as usual company will always escape.

Liow orders bus limiters for all buses

Transport minister says the ruling was made three years ago and he wants it implemented immediately in view of the rising number of road accidents.

PETALING JAYA: Transport Minister Liow Tiong Lai has ordered all express and intercity buses to install speed limiters immediately.

Finally. I'm all for it.

Unfortunately, I have a feeling it will be like this:
1) announces date of implementation - say, 1 June 2026

2) persatuan lori dan bas (or whatever association) will plead and argue for more time and say costs will go up and will be passed down.

3) deadline extended

4) deadline extended...

This.

Mandatory child seat until today still nothing despite Loke mentioned it during PH 1.0.

the real world is this

when someone buat mistakes and gov to implement to overcome, the victims will be the rakyat to tanggung the cost

like scammers use mule accounts to receive funds. AT the end, those who are real and legit to open bank account yg suffer.
