So ayem just eated bifoty chapfun with emfoty price. Taked fish, vege and egg. Maciem healthy but very salty. Taked free soup but tasted very unani. Water maciem from tap.

Is there any healthy chapfun around?

Take the free hot tea or hot water in a bowl or cawan. Dip your dishes pcs by pcs inside before consume.

Healthy or not healthy depends on what lauk u take lah. U go take steamed stuff then is healthier. U go take fried/oily curry/oily vege then unhealthy lor. If u know u pre-diabetic, then don't take gulou yuk. If u know u got high blood pressure don't take salted egg/luncheon meat. So many lauk to choose from that u can combine, u choose those that u can consume and wont have adverse effect to u lah

take 2 vege or even 3 vege with small portion of rice will do. Or 2 vege with small piece of chiken. No source please.

Look for vegetables cooked like this. Usually not salty. Some maybe cooked with some minced meat or other vege like shredded carrots.

All these are somewhat healthiest options. Problem taste may vary due to cooking style and is the plants are good quality or not. Also try to get it not cooked with visible fermented soy beans.

These foods conlanfirm keep gout in control. If you find any of these cooked with some meat in them, consider it as bonus protein. And Brocolli is not gout friendly. Cauliflower is ok.

So people who see me eat chap fan like this thinks i am weird. But i have done enough study for myself to know what works and what doesn't.

Pre cooked food and left there for so long, you tell me healthy or not.
Just one example, the westerners say cooked eggs left in room temperature for more than 2 hours is already considered "unsafe" to eat. Those stalls kept there for how long? But what to do? We are all peasants after all, beggars can't be choosers.
