Look for vegetables cooked like this. Usually not salty. Some maybe cooked with some minced meat or other vege like shredded carrots.

All these are somewhat healthiest options. Problem taste may vary due to cooking style and is the plants are good quality or not. Also try to get it not cooked with visible fermented soy beans.

These foods conlanfirm keep gout in control. If you find any of these cooked with some meat in them, consider it as bonus protein. And Brocolli is not gout friendly. Cauliflower is ok.

So people who see me eat chap fan like this thinks i am weird. But i have done enough study for myself to know what works and what doesn't.
