Healthy or not healthy depends on what lauk u take lah. U go take steamed stuff then is healthier. U go take fried/oily curry/oily vege then unhealthy lor. If u know u pre-diabetic, then don't take gulou yuk. If u know u got high blood pressure don't take salted egg/luncheon meat. So many lauk to choose from that u can combine, u choose those that u can consume and wont have adverse effect to u lah
