you need to report 1st to celcom and also open ticket to skmm as well. they will contact you. this also same as me whereby celcom fiber connection to nearest zscaler vpn high ping

actually for twitter (X) during night time also suffer slow internet for both fiber and cellular. not affected on digi cellular line btw
