QUOTE(heLL_bOy @ Jul 16 2025, 05:27 PM) no matter how big is the pipe ISP have in Equinix or SGIX it doesnt really resolved the congestion in single party, if another party having small pipe for an example like M247 (they dont just serve 1 ISP or 1 users only in their traffic pipe). the best way divert into different upstream or IX or the best choice is PNI with each others. DataPacket Telecom doesn't and so are many Singaporean/Japanese/China ISPs content providers. Singapore is major hub of cable landing in the world. It makes sense why major exchange is happening there to connect across the globe.

QUOTE(Epic_winner091 @ Jul 25 2025, 03:23 PM) If you sub to fibre from Celcomdigi. Do you get Celcom or Digi IPs? Depends on which mobile line you're coming from and bundling. Also priority will be given to DiGi AS4818 IP if you're subscribing to CelcomDiGi Postpaid plans while they delegate the lesser reliable AS10030 to their MVNOs and previous Pelan Biru plans. It's actually big difference between DiGi AS3818 ASN IPs and Celcom's AS10030 ASN IPs. DiGi got 400Gbps link to Equinix SG but Celcom's only has around 50Gbps. Those networks riding on Celcom's MVNO networks suffer quite a bit during peak hours due to unnecessary congestion.
