You’re not answering the question.
By looking at the video he looks blind to you? Yes or no?

Someone commented earlier trains in Taiwan heads to the right on the platform side (opposite from ours or in road term Taiwan is left hand drive we are right hand drive). Probably that’s what disoriented him & he happened to just step onto the platform when a train at the other side arrives.

What about motobodo who slammed right into a hillside even though there is no road there but a junction to go either left or right. Last time got a video footage captured this.

They are all berkhayal.

Yes it is considered new

MRT Singapore built and commissioned into service back in the 80s
The first platform screen IINM is only around 2013 when i lived there and not all stations have it actually. Only the above ground stations have 100% rollout as there is lot of accidents and also death cases.

Malaysia actually the first in region to have it when the LRT Kelana Jaya line underground opened with platform screen back in 1998.

LRT Singapore like our Ampang line there still NOT have platform screen until now and the reason LTA gave is that it will required major work to implement and very hard to do it without major interruptions to operation.

Singapore MRT underground stations all have platform doors when it began operation la in 1987. Were you born yet?

Why dun have barrier to prevent ppl from falling below

Like sg mrt

Last time got high profile case thai student fell onto tracks and got leg putus
*
old station, im guessing if they gonna put barrier, they have to close down all lrt stations to build new barrier

unless its newly built like the mrt station all have barriers

but they should have definitely built barrier since long ago when they first built this lrt station

doesnt look like suicide, cause can see when he fell he immediately try to get back up, realizing he fucked up

if suicide dont think he would try to get out of the way

they're not waiting for someone to die 1st...this is back in 2020

i give u another example, HK MRT's gap between the train and platform being too big also kena question because they deemed kids and senior citizen might have chance falling into it...so they fix it before somebody actually fell

*
Like that also want to complain

Meanwhile in London mind the gap is normal

No big deal

Life goes on even without platform doors

Before this you kept on saying he is blind and kept on giving reasons he is blind. Now you say he is not blind.
Ok. Since we agree he is not blind then we can close this conversation.
