Straight A student in my school is good at one thing,
memorizing formulas and applying them to problems.
Now most of them does not even participate in sports or any extra curricular groups in school

In working life, these straight A people rarely becomes bosses because they lack the human skills
Most of the bosses or company owners are normal A or B or C students,
because we know making a human connection with trust and responsibility
will make you a good businessman.
