It’s actually very easy to cook ckt. Just make sure you got extra big fire. Cooked two versions, one with lap cheong & prawns. Another just siham. Prefers the siham one. [attachmentid=11514286]

Lol what a joke Penang is really getting touristy and desperate . Like do you need to have a competition to show who's the best? The "best" won't even bother about competition when they are so busy with their own business. These are all for publicity and wayang only to fool tourists.
