I’m back again after 2 years since the last iPhone 15pro🤭
And the last time I got my iPhone 15P with the DIGI plan 24 months contract. Now they all have merged with Celcom, I’m so confused as to how that plan will apply under CelcomDigi.

Anyone have bought iPhone 16 last year using the CelcomDigi 24/36 months contract?
What’s Family Plus plan if you don’t mind me asking?
It’s all so confusing.

I called CelcomDigi earlier today to asked if there’s any upfront payment to make in order to be able to preorder the iPhone 17P….they all like clueless only. All the CS told me after checking and verifying my personal details was “You go to CelcomDigi store, walk in and asked if any upfront payment.” Hahahahaha aiyo…suddenly I’m so dumb on how to apply get the contract thingy.

So just be ready a credit/debit card for payment purposes, choose the plan, and you’re ready to have the phone la ya?
My 24 months contract done and dusted I think earlier last week.

I still have a month of outstanding bill to pay, since the billing date is in October, so the CS told me it’s ok…as long as you have a month of outstanding bill, then you’re clear to get the plan. If 2 months outstanding bills, then kena bayar at least 1 month or else you’re not eligible.

Ye lah, damn blur only this lady I spoke to earlier.
I called twice today actually, first time I got a male CS, very helpful and understood what I was trying to convey. Answered all my questions professionally and promptly. But I forget to asked about the upfront ada or takde.😅

After lunch I called again, got a female CS. Annoying la she. “I get what you’re trying to tell me” was her template answer. I cannot check your eligibility she said. I told her off la saying I called earlier and the CS said I’m eligible. She malu there….then said ok just walk in to any CelcomDigi store for any enquires about upfront.

Ehhhhh she ok or not🤣 tomorrow is the launch at 8pm online, asking me to go to physical store for what? Hahahahahaha. I just said thanks and kbai only to her. Yelah I know she can’t disclose any TnC a day earlier…normal la. But one CS said this one CS said another thing, so I’ve learnt my lesson, never call them la regarding any big launches. Might as well I asked here. You all are much better experts than the “experts” themselves🤍.

Oh baru la dapat pre order?
The stupid OTP la hang so many times. I don’t know what is the matter.
When got the OTP, they say so many attempted tries already, kena la wait another 2 minutes for another OTP.

During DIGI’s iPhone 15P campaign (my last phone PO), I dunno what la they send to me. This time around, I think will get AirTag ke …I don’t even understand what they heck they are offering. I’m that blur just now.

My hubby bising why la wanna buy from telco. I said company pay, might as well la😅. Since those two telcos merged I have no idea what is happening also. Line sucks at times, gerammmm also but nevermind la.

The preorder at CelcomDigi was crazy last night.
Read comments on CD Facebook page yesterday, so many people had that same problem…including me. After an hour only can get through…tekan then OTP until finger flat😅😂 did you manage to get yours yesterday?
