Yup you’re right, I saw this last night on shopee😍 on Pitaka website was RM370+ or something, no discount huhuh…lucky you to have this bargain😄 Today 15/9 sales at shoppee, for sure got lots of attractive discounts on phone accessories …😅 Spigen pun murah sikit i just saw. Haih i itchy hands la😂

What to do except we be patient about it.
Just hoping they will email you and update you on what’s going on. I too, am hoping to be updated from time to time. The phone we PO did not cost RM10, so the respective telcos should anticipate how anxious we all are before getting the phone. Biasa la every year PO from anywhere, for sure we are excited to know what’s going on and its process and status of delivery. Now all telcos/apple store etc kelam kabut to get the phones to its owners….

CelcomDigi, my only complaint (thus far), that I can’t login to their website as opposed to DIGI last time. Since both telcos merged, there is no “personal” login page for my account using my own phone number and seeing the status of my bills or orders. Unless I’m very dense and blur, so far cannot find la.

So we just hope that all phones will arrive as per schedule on the 19th right at our doorsteps. Don’t care la what time arrive, Janji sampai…😁 we same boat la now☺️

Mine will be delivered to my home address. Hence, I’ll be WFH on that day. By working I mean, golek golek and looking at my email from CelcomDigi, looking at my phone, checking the ring volume in case the CD guy calls …actual work can wait🤣

I understand your concern.
its unacceptable that your telco have not updated much on your status or reflected in the mobile app. But at least they have send you the email, that says a lot about your confirmation on your purchase. We have encountered this "problem" year in year out when it comes to PO. Website crashed la during PO, no OTP la, wrongly choose color la...the bizarre array of stuffs. After so many years of PO-ing from telcos, I've come to be at peace with the fact that these telcos worked in mysterious ways At the end of the day, they did deliver the phone and that's the most important thing. Hoping this time around it will be fulfilled this 19th.

I hope you'll not worry and stress about it too much. It will be with you soon enough... less than 5 days. If it doesn't, you better storm Umobile HQ and start making noise...(I don't think it'll come to that extend la...you sound very level headed ). So for now, lets focus on updating the iOS 26 tonight and look through more phone accessories, maybe buy more things we don't need (usually that's me la )... hahahaha..


How true, if you have the monetary means, might as well upgrade every year.
I'm not a heavy user hence upgrading would be once in two years for me. That is why I show myself here every once in two years for advices and updating myself on what's new with phone accessories and phone technicalities (if any). I perempuan so lazy to care so much about the nitty gritty of phone specs and all that. Dapat phone terus pakai only...tukar casing (the amount of previous casing I have now...my son also cannot believe) and use pop sockets . I mean you all here give the best advices regarding iPhones. This community is so much fun that's why I seeks advices here even now and then. The next time around, maybe I'll wait for iPhone 20 la (am I sure? ? hahahah..

I just called the CelcomDigi CS, just wanting to know the status of my order.


Me: "Hi, I wanted to check the status of my iPhone 17 order, please? Since I am unable to check myself on the status via the website, I am calling you for some clarification."

CS: "Ok, ma'am, I understand. Once your order is confirmed, we will send an email to you, and all phones will be delivered to customers on the 19th of September. Don't worry; we shall send you an email regarding your delivery as soon as we can. Is there anything else you want help with?"

Me: "Nope, thanks, kbaiiii."

As usual, with a template and well-scripted answers from CelcomDigi CS...hahah The conversation was over in less than 2 minutes...

Ok malas, want to call or find out more after this.

I've been with Digi for as long as I can remember; now that they have merged, the organization from both parties is so haphazard when it comes to updating customers. I'm sure they are trying their best...if it doesn't get any better after this contract, I might port out. Port out mana pun tak tahu ahahah...
Dunno la, their WA utilization on problem-solving pun so mehhhh
Oh well, hoping for the best for EVERYBODY this coming 19th, regardless of PO from telco or otherwise.
