SPM cert is neither a good start nor a bad start. It's how you improve yourself along the way.

this is provided you are the outlier or top performer

which also can be done if you have cert and start your career eg: become engineer ..then become manager ..department manager.. ceo

that is not written on buku pendidikan moral

all SPM school leavers regardless whether they have plans for tertiary education or not.. should seek and try out temp jobs related to the frontlines ... and fast food / coffee franchise offering tons of such opportunities.

this is to expose themselves to the reality of adulthood and various behaviours of humans/customers . Learning to handle them will be an added soft skill when they moved on further years later working in white collar jobs /office environment especially .

these knowledge's easy to understand
you need to know basic English only
handling people is more difficult
because there are tons of non constant variables when it comes to human behaviors

people nowadays lack emotional intelligence
