E.g. one of uthm goal is to get 90% enrollment. They had never achieved that.

Part time are even worsed. UTM had to kill some of their space(program name for epjj, not out of earth stuff) course because of the weak enrollment. Uitm(albeit mastarace oni) had to consolidate epjj course to centralized campus due to weak enrollment too, e.g. epjj cs can only enroll at shah alam campus eventhough almost every uitm in every state have cs course.
