His AM is operating as half winger half am, you can see Garnacho and Amad always attack from the flank but the wing back failed them most of the time or they don’t trust the wing back.

343 wing backs play very important role, they need to make good use of the width and do a lot of overlap run but need to have good chemistry with the AM when to do overlap, when to do underlap. If wingback doesn’t do all these run to create spaces for am, then the one standing infront also become useless, therefore we have so less goal cuz players don’t familiar or don’t understand wing back role and responsibility
