Aeropress is fun and somewhat a quick brew but leceh have to wash all the parts.
Pourover is quicker to setup and clean up. Throw the filter and wash the one piece funnel and you're done to enjoy your coffee.

started with pour over, then moka pot
eventually just got a decent breville machine and baratza grinder to pump shot out in few minutes every morning
others take too long time

Doesn't matter this type of seal or not. Last portion of the coffee crystal in the bottom will be the last used and each time open the jar, it absorb moisture. Same also with my fresh roasted coffee bean, the last beans on the bottom of the container will be the one needing grinder adjustment to pull nice espresso. There's a special container called Airscape where the lid can go down and compact the coffee beans minimizing air volume but those are expensive.
