Sure she works also ,but how much of her pay is actually contributed into the household. Most family I seen are mostly 70:30 at best with the husband contributing more towards household expenses. I have never seen wife actually contributing equally or half of the entire household expenses at 50:50.
If the husband is having to put more effort in earning money , shouldn't the wife do better and pur more effort to cook for the family ?

That's just bullshit. Let me tell you that female models are paid much higher than male models. And many females out there keep complaining period pain to skip work every month. Therefore , during salary increment , of course the bosses will reward the more hardworking employee.

If you want address equal wage gap , then females should participate equally in blue collar jobs such as garbage collectors , sewer cleaners and construction labourers . There are no rules that ban females from working in such industry. But females always look down on such blue collar workers that contribute so much to society. The fact is those complaining about gender wage gap only want comfortable office jobs but high salary .

I absolutely agree with you of entitlement of annual leave. However , in the real world, things are not so simple regarding annual leave. Sure , annual leave you can take for any reason. The problem is emergency leave , which means unplanned , last minute notification ( not even application) of annual leave leaving other co-workers having to clean up your shit because of no proper handover of task. That is not fair for other ppl , because that is not " equality " , that is "entitlement behaviour " . Doing that every month because of period pain, you think ppl won't get mad ? Especially shift workers , you last minute call in say wanna take leave , your supervisor will have to find ppl to replace you. The other fella who replace your shift will have resentment because tht fella might have other things planned ahead , now have to change plan because of you.
