A post with 3 pictures was circulated in a Facebook group tonight, urging parents to choose to stick or sew the flag button directly on the school uniform when letting their children wear it to avoid injuries to their children.
According to the picture, a little girl was pushed to the clinic in a wheelchair, with a national flag stuck upside down on her right foot, and the pin was inserted into the flesh of her foot, which made people feel distressed.
Netizens hotly discussed the government's policy of requiring students to wear national flag buttons on school uniforms. Some people left a message saying that they were lucky that the school their children attended allowed the national flag to be sewn directly on the school uniform to avoid the risk of children being stabbed by the needle.
According to the comments, not every school allows the national flag badge to be sewn directly on the school uniform; some said that their children have put the national flag badge in their pockets countless times because it fell off. However, this behavior is also very dangerous. Oh, you are from the former Christian’s missionary schools, then. I do find these schools have better loyalty than normal schools. My sisters were from another all girls missionary primary school in Alor Star(which was also attended by Atuk’s dotter, Marina). She was very loyal to her school even after so many years. Too bad, the school was relocated and name was changed already.
My primary school was built by Atuk’s father and secondary is named after one the Kedah’s sultan.
And honestly, I cannot recalled the badge of my schools.

I dunno what design they use currently, but we use the 1st type back in school ages ago.

In my work place, we get pins to stick to our lapel or jackets, those are the 2nd type and also magnetic name badges.
