Can also cross out Toyota Cross, as the legroom is even less than that of HRV.

Between T/Cross, CX-30 and HRV, I think HRV has the longest legroom at the rear.

So far my car over warranty 5 years. each time service can cost u rm 500-700 depending on the parts. it all depends on how u maintain.

my problem was steering rack, lower arm bush koyak, and some rattling noice from dashboard , a pillar. other than that more comfortable for daily use.

I don’t consider your options as an upgrade relative to the market now…

It’s an upgrade from the city, sure.
Relative to where the automotive industry is going those are obsolete products that manufacturers are dumping here and you’re buying used.

Since it’s an upgrade.. (you backside itchy) because the Xpander is the people mover. You’re in no hurry kan…

Wait and see how things go.. save more bullets in the meantime since no more city installments. Squeeze everything out of the city… still got a lot of life there. You hold back, save more bullets, got better options later.

That’s my 2 cents. I went from god car to BMW 3 series. Screw the civic upgrade path it’s just a waste of money. And getting the ultimate driving machine instead of a financial compromise (civic) put a lot of smiles on my face. But if you ask me now, I might have held back a bit more and just go from god car to Mercedes C43 and end game there.

Hi everyone, just seeking for an advice.

I'm family man with 3 kids.

Currently house got 2 cars :

- Honda City GM6 Year 2019 V Spec (finish loan)
- Mitsubishi Xpander Plus, purchase last year for my wife daily drive (4 years to go for the loan). Previous she drove Myvi 2009.

Planning to upgrade my current City to SUV. The City i'm using so far so good, does not have any issue. Meter 130k++.

Dilemma upgrade to SUV within below choice :

- Honda CRV (used car, and planning purchase from Carsome with some of the car still have warranty with principal Honda)
- Subaru XV (used car, and planning purchase from Carsome with some of the car still have warranty with principal Subaru)
- X70 new unit, but worry of the support and using 3 cylinder.
- Toyota Cross hybrid, new unit. But the interior very boring type.

if budget permits get the cross hybrid . its the most sensible choice
