Poor reporting, I want to know did the dude bought the land b4 the mosque was built or after?

the dude bought the land long after the mosque was built... but... in good faith. the grandson of the land owner sold the part of the land to him.

so i deduced that the grandfather, waqaf the land to built the mosque, high probability he didn't do the needful which are transferring the grant to whoever in charge of waqaf land etc or maybe proper partitioning of the land.

the cucu, inherited part of the land, sold it. Just so happen part of the mosque was on the sold land.

most probably this is "waqaf by mouth only" case, since majlis agama negeri can't take any action because they wasn't named as the land's custodian yet.

hence the reason that grandson still can sell the land

kesian atok, wanna reap pahala but stupid cucu mata duitan. habislah sampai mampos pun orang kampung akan ingat "jasa" that cucu

if the type c landowner refuse to sell and wanna built something
then tak salah pun nak demolish part of it

illegal memang illegal pun
type m yg ajar tu

Yes, you are correct that if the current owner who happened to be a type c refuse to sell and want to demolish any existing structure is really not salah. What you are wrong here is that existing building that was built with the consent of land owner prior to being sold to a new owner is not considered illegal.

that's why people need to go to school and learn language comprehension. You went to school you do what?

PMX...need to follow law right? did you not say it?

kesian kau ni. Didn't you read properly? They want to raise money to buy back part of the land the mosque was on from the current owner. They are willing to pay. They are following the law.

Thankfully the Chinese landowner was willing to sell the land, and the mosque committee chose not to reclaim it by force without compensation.

This just proved that school is wasted on you. During parameswara time, neither Indon nor Malaysia exist yet.

The main winner would be the cucu who sold the land. I have a feeling that he won't ever show up his face in that kampung again. If he ever come back conlanfirm kena hina

my understanding of a waqf is its an INALIENABLE property right, so how is it possible for the charsieu to have sold it in the first place?

perhaps sold before it become place of worship
