WiFI works well at 2.4GHz but not at 5GHz

Hi, not an IT expert here, just want to ask I have 2.4GHz WiFI and 5GHz WiFI, but everytime I connect to the 5GHz WiFI I cannot load anything, and only 2.4GHz one work, any ideas to solve this.

Hi thanks for the answer so far, to answer some common questions:
I've tried testing by standing beside my router/modem, 2.4ghz works well but 5ghz one doesn't load anything at all. Not sure how to see the config of my router/modem. Will try the methods in the comments section later. |
