Filled with either low quality thin books (all in Mandarin) or fake books. Really fake books.

Reminds me of the Chinese bookshop chains in Malaysia. There is hardly any nice book there. I only rarely go in to buy stationary, that's it.

Do they plan to build more to accommodate the population?

As you mentioned earlier that it's hard to hire teachers or lecturers, does the gov have any initiatives like better salary or benefits to attract them. Might risked a brain drain here if other countries give them better offers
