I'm also taking Sangobion, but my condition is much better.
May be you should get some full iron meal to take daily, and also try to take in other supplement?

There's a table with some form on it, you got to fill the form.
Normally, when you walk near the event, those crew will come after you.

Bring along your little red book if you have it.

yes.u'll b given a small red book for ur own record.as preparation:

1.do have some meal before u go donating.

2.make sure u didn't took any medication (within 24hrs) and antibiotic (within 1 week) prior donation.

3.n keep urself healthy on dat day!
