age 30+ go beli at new township located at kundang, elmina, rimbayu, semenyih is really sohai. The amount of travelling time at road consume about 3-4 hrs daily.

Might as well buy high rise at mature township and near to town centre/working place, by age 50+ baru decide which dream house u wanna stay.

More like 2 hrs+ driving

I got a friend staying at Semenyih and travel to KLCC, by 6am kena keluar, sampai office 8.00-8.15am, daily spent about 4-5 hrs inside car. After that ada MRT at Kajang it is much better for him, can nap inside the train.

Gamuda gardens also same lah, when township develop more and more, more cars are flooding in.

remember setia alam back in year 2008-2010? the resident there for first few phases so happy staying there initially, after few years when the international school buka and the toll and NKVE is freaking jam.

Everyday 6am keluar, reach home 8pm, by 10pm kena tidur, only spent about 2 hrs at home for weekdays. sweat.gif sweat.gif

like me if i wanna go to kl/pj also I just take lrt, then after that take grab or just normal bus, easier that way.
