The solution is simple... replace CEO with an orangkite.

Suddenly everything they (minions) do become suci murni..... workers morale and pride increase 100 fold.  They will  start a different kind of socmed post saying how grateful they are working , and how benelovent / their (orangkite) CEO /tauke  business decision keep the price low for fellow B40s like them. And the result are rezeki tuhan  in the form of thousands of branches all over the country.
the MAJOR POINT OF CONTENTION in  some racist humans CANNOT ACCEPT a non above them whether in work or in politics. This drove them to find fault from lubang cacing in their daily working lives.

This figure also show mayb some outlets running in negative/break even since not all outlets really earn the same profit. The boss can hire foreigners to earn even more 1 but he stick with locals the most but then some ppl denggi complain but tak pandai kira kira on figure.

490 million annual profit. spread over 2000+ outlets. Maybe pre tax also.

Considering how hardworking and versatile some of them work from driving lorry to fixing broken doors and cupboards most pllsxrd would love to have these guys
