If the person can complete the job within reasonable working hours then it can’t be considered cover 2-3 person jobs. Agree?

I don’t care how many you jaga lah. It can be 2-3 or 3-10. If the person can get the job done within normal working hours. I don’t see any problem.

If you have 3 shops. One shop only need to spend 2 hours per shop. The rest of the time you want that staff to goyang kaki?

Or you pay him triple and ask him to jaga 3 shops even though he can compete within normal working hours.

This is not chinaman style. This is common sense.

It’s not squeezing if it can be done within working hours. It’s more like you want to take advantage.
What right are you expecting? Right to goyang kaki(when you can jaga 3 shops but you only want to jaga 1)?
What 0 empathy are you talking about? Expect boss to give 3 times the salary for jaga 3 shops within working hours?
