always layoff....don't know where they get more to layoff....
Intel's 2022 global said to be 23,000, then 2024, 16,000 layoff .....cost cutting...
that seems to be 7,000 employees???? then rehire them again?...and layoff again?...LOL...

Different department different impact. Engineering especially in client silicon design is least impacted in last year's layoffs at least in Penang. HR department on the other hand was basically stripped to bare bones and skeleton crew that they even outsource some HR functions.
