I thought I was the only one!
At first, I noticed I could only log in on three devices — I figured Disney had quietly changed their policy.
Then tonight, when I tried to stream Moana 2, I realized I was also limited to 1080p. Apparently, 4K streaming now requires an upgrade.
I’m on the same 1Gb Pro upgrade too, so this really came out of nowhere.

I actually suspected UniFi might do something like this when Disney+ increased their subscription price — that’s why I posted this back on 24 March 2024: https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/5424552/+1676

Looks like they waited until most contracts expired before making the switch.
No wonder there were times I couldn’t watch anything on Disney+ when someone else was already streaming — turns out the basic plan only allows one concurrent stream.

But hey, it’s free to use, so I’m not going to complain too much.
Just waiting for my ROG Ally add-on contract to expire — then I’ll try to go for SWU and hopefully get the same 1Gbps @ RM159/month deal that some users are getting.
