You can't get two SWU back to back because you would be in the middle of your two year contract.

Nobody worries about reduced speed after 24 months as by then they would be looking at the latest SWU

Is there any way to get the PLOAM ID and password from old ONU or do we have to get from TM?

Went to TM Point yesterday (Monday) to upgrade 500Mbps@RM90 (from 100Mbps) with two months of contract left.
Today got successfully activated with new Fibrehome combo box (previous one used just 22 months) which I ask to be set up in Bridge Mode and existing Wifi router.
Getting free Disney+ for 12 months.
Had to take the Unifi Mobile RM39 even after I told CS that i already have Unifi Mobile prepaid.

My question:-
1. How to cancel Unifi Mobile? (I have the Unifi Universe app)
2. How to activate Disney+

We all know that as more subscribers move from private IP speed to previously public IP speeds that the high speeds will eventually get private IP as well.
I only hope that those that have gotten public IPs with their upgrades (eg. 100Mbps > 500Mbps) will get to to keep their public IPs.
I now have 500Mbps (SWU 5.0) with public IP and I hope it stays that way.
Previously I had 100Mbps with private IP.

I re-contracted two months before end of original 24 month contract directly at TM Point and was offered 500Mbps with Disney+ for RM90
Went from 100Mbps private to 500Mbps public IP.
I got public IP without special request.

500Mbps for RM90 + one year free Disney+

If you have just a few months left of current contract, simply walk in and ask for new rates.
I had two months left and on asking was told I qualify for new rates with fresh 24 month contract.
Next day technician came with new all-in-one ONU and activated new speed on the spot.

Never got mine either although I've got few reminders to activate Disney+/Hotstar to get voucher.
But I have already activated Disney+/Hotstar.

I simply went to TM Point and asked for new offers.
They checked, said I had two months left of my contract and was eligible for 500Mbps@RM90 (among other speeds and prices)
I had to take the postpaid unifi mobile though.
Got a new all-in one ONU and speed the very next day.

Why take less for the same price?
Is there some hidden advantage to taking 300 for 90 over 500 for 90?

Can hardly count as the easiest as it may take a week or more to get counteroffer from them.

Same here.
Just have to remember to cancel before the free period expires.
Till now the Unifi Mobile SIM card is still untouched.
Should have insisted on cancelling it then.

Only have to wait for termination confirmation which is often (by many accounts) delayed.
