Can do terminate via self care portal. 2-5 days later will get call from customer retention department, asking why you terminate? There you talk about migrating to Astro Fiber 500Mbps RM90, much cheaper and bla-bla-bla. Will straightly get counter offer with SWU5.0.. No need all those simcard stuff. Much easier to deal.

How many ports are there on a terrace housing DP? I'm currently surveying for a house, and unifi ports are one of my priority. The DP behind my chosen house got 12 thin cables going out. Is there any more free port?

If you request teminate online and wait for the HQ customer retention dept to call, no need for postpaid. Straight to the point deal.

Most importantly, use the Astro fiber keyword when they call. By call they don't need to see transfer ID. Just atm it will take longer time to queue for call. And sometime TM deploy sales agent to call first with standard package, followed by retention dept (with SWU) if the agents failed to convince.

SWU 5.0 100Mbps FSU 300Mbps is RM99 (6MW + 6M Disney). RM74 effective for 2 years before the speed revert back to 100Mbps.

Is yours a different package? 300Mbps speed is permanent?

From what i heard, we actually cannot get 2 SWUs back to back. Becoz TM only allow 1 SWU per customer. The reason why we the SWU2.0 & SWU3.0 subscribers managed to get another SWU5.0 is becoz our plan name has changed to Pro Upgrade in the last MSAP 2023.
