Nope.

Which area are you staying in?

You can call 100 using Unifi land line or 03-21063001 using handphone to report your issue to Unifi. Normally there is a queue you need to wait until your turn.

Using Maya also can, but still need a human agent to help you log a ticket. There is still a queue you need to wait for your agent to attend to you after digdong a bit with Maya.

Nope.

Easiest is really apply Astro. Unifi will quick quick call you, no need to terminate, no need to wait long long time.

When Unifi call you, you make your decision to choose to stay or to go ahead with Astro. After all, same price RM90 500 Mbps.

But no call after 2 weeks then I requested for termination again on 5th Aug 2025 then received the same sms again.

I tried live chat a few times to expedite my case and hope that they will call me asap but still nothing from them.

Then until recently 2nd Oct 2025 I tried to live  chat again to check the status of my case. No updates and asked them if Unifi termination can be done in live chat, and cs said NO.

But then the next day 3rd Oct 2025 my account was terminated. Then I quickly live chat cs for confirmation, and yea my account was terminated and cs said terminated account is not allowed to be activated anymore.

Anyone has the same experience or know how to resolve this issue?

I think it is because you so desperate to terminate, then they help you to terminate liao.

After submit termination, just wait patiently. If you keep on follow up many times, you look really urgent want to terminate...

I think can u-turn as long as your port is not taken up yet. They just need to redo the setting only.

If one of your neighbours already taken up your port, and at the same time no more free port to allocate to you, then gg liao. Maybe have to wait in the waiting list together with the other new subscribers.

No need 160 MHz channel. WiFi 6 at 80 MHz on 5 GHz band also can.

I am using Asus router.
