i subscribing Unifi Home 300Mbps for a while.. used to get 300mbps but recently only got 100mbps even tested with lan cable and restarted the onu several times .. can i lodge a report to unifi or there are ways to go about this

They have confirmed that the problem involves their peering partner, AS4788, and they have reached out to that network directly to investigate. At the same time, we are exploring additional options that may help improve the situation. We will keep you updated on any developments. There is no fixed timeline for resolution since it depends on a response from the ISP side. It may also help if you contact your ISP directly to report the issue.

Yup, NextDNS is a great service. Websites, etc loads faster for me.
