Why so pessimistic? If they cannot give you, rm159 is still the price you are willing to pay. You lose nothing by going with the flow.
Or you continue with rm90, which is a great offer by itself.
For TM, higher price is counted as upgrade. You can always go and ask for rm159 again.

Wait bro, it’s not that I don’t like paying RM90 for 1gbps, I already mentioned that the telemarketer clearly stated the package offered to me was 500mbps (2 year of free 1gbps speed) at RM159. I have no issue paying RM159 per month, that’s the price I agreed to. So why are you implying that I’m rejecting rezeki? If RM159 is what I agreed upon (akad), but then suddenly I’m given 1gbps at RM90 due to some error, isn't that Haram? If you take something that doesn’t belong to you, you should correct it or at least inform them and get their agreement on the changes and not duduk diam2 sajaOr you continue with rm90, which is a great offer by itself.

But again, what I’m pointing out here isn’t about wanting 1gbps for RM90, I’m complaining that I didn’t even get the correct 1gbps package at RM159 and TM will probably will not change it and made me stuck at 500mbps/RM90 package. And take note that the 500mbps with a free 1gbps speed upgrade for 2 years at RM159 is under the SWU 5.0 package, which is only offered to customers who are out of contract. Since I’m now stuck with the 500mbps/RM90 plan and my contract has been renewed for another 2 years, I obviously can’t switch to that SWU 5.0 package anymore during this period. For your information, the normal price for the 1gbps package is RM249, not RM159.

I was told can upgrade from RM90 500/100 to RM159 1000/500 anytime.
During the call, I was offered these 2 plans.
I was worried that 500/100 will be shiet so I asked if I could change to 1000/500 if I found it unbearable.
I was told sure no problem...
I suppose you can’t change it, since when you switched to the 500mbps/RM90 package, your contract was renewed for another two years. The 1gbps/RM159 package is part of the SWU 5.0, which is only available to customers without ongoing contract, so you wouldn’t be eligible to subscribe to it.During the call, I was offered these 2 plans.
