The GN630V's WiFi seems quite teruk despite being WiFi 6, as compared to my Asus WiFi 5 router.

Think I may go back to my previous setup: Alcatel ⟶ Asus Router ⟶ Devices

I am currently in Melaka and UNIFI's geo location and most apps always pointing to Seremban, 99.9% of the time.

When in Muar, its correctly point to the location.

In Melaka, Unifi always giving ip of 175.143.xxx.xxx

reboot many times, always around that range

this IP is high latency, and connecting to roblox singapore servers always lagging

only 2 users

What would be the cost effective make/model?

meaning need to apply move to other provider 1st, then waiting for a call from Unifi to get this offer?
Question is, will really get this 500mbps RM90?  
Also if cancel the application to other provider, may kena penalty by agent if not mistaken 

how to request "termination thru Unifi portal"? I login but cannot see this option.

I already checked with FB agent, if apply thru them, they will charge 100 or 150 as processing fee if you withdraw jump from Unifi to Maxis.

I try to apply Astro thru webpage, the only package for new user (I'm not Astro existing user) is RM139.99 which come with TV bundle package for 500mbps.
I fill in all into with area coverage passed, it ask to do payment before can submit, below is the screenshot

I didn’t get new router when renew (downgrade) contract swu4.0. Few months later I call cs ask for new router one week later Technician sent new one.

I do feel new router has better WiFi coverage and more stable.

Whole Setapak no internet? My all smart home is offline currently, I'm outstation as well.

Thursday night last week my drop fiber cut because wtf lorry, solved on saturday. Today morning, wtf container lorry cut cross road FDC multiple cables to many FDP's. My FDP will be up 1st because TM's PIC SO used to be my colleague & the contractor guy to repair is my neighbor who use same FDP.

Unifi also got people complain slow during night. Do not pretend you never hear about it.

update: receive call from tm on day-7 after submit termination on portal. conversation as below

TM: Mr, ada request termination kat portal ?
Me: Yes. ada
TM:Boleh tau kenape mister nak terminate?
Me:Astro kasi offer 500Mbps harga rendah 90RM sebulan saja.
TM:Mister sudah accept offer tu? offer tu lepas 24bulan harga akan tukar ke harga biasa no longer 90 bukan harga perpetual
Me:Belum ambil offer, ya ke ? saya tak tau sale agent astro tak bagitau pun.
TM:Mister ,saya check dalam system account mister eligible untuk offer baru iaitu 500Mbps 90RM/Bulan dengan free gift disney plus 1 tahun.
Me:Kalau Tak nak free gift boleh dapat 80rm/bulan tak?
TM:Tak boleh mister, price sudah fix ya.
Me:Kena pergi TM point untuk dapat promotion ni?
TM:Tak payah , saya boleh proceed sekarang.

conclusion: TM treat their customer nicely (at least for me) , hassle-less process, see you guys again in 2027
