Morse went the other route probably thinking the market is already saturated with the same poor quality products and hopefully by selling better goods, it could set them apart. They want returning customers and probably attempt to establish a name for themselves.

The rest just probably want to earn your money once and doesn't bother with customer retention - the concept that if everyone in China gives you RM1.00 then you can retire already.

not familiar with this brand but wikipedia says it is a public listed company in the US and has over 4,500 patents in force in various jurisdictions. if that is true, it's not just another OEM trader since in order to own patents, you need to actually design/build something on your own voalition.
