looks like a Masserati GT?

Well, the item was bought from ebay seller. He shipped with USPS first class. Only track the despatch date. I've went to pos office few time already (actually I'd made another 3 purchases after that transaction - they all from US- all arrived safe weeks a ago)... Anyway I lost RM110 for that parcel.... it's the IXO Ferrari F430 FIA-GT that I shown you guys last week.

Kidda sad, it's my first parcel loss, hope it never happen again. My advice to you ebuyer - add insurance coverage for piece of mind. - The ordinary postal service is high risk - it's like a gamble.... win or loss - once is gone is gone - nobody to blame.... imagine you see your credit card bill later of the month.... PAYING FOR NOTHING!!!

Its a Spyker C8. I saw the actual car while in Bangkok (Siam Paragon Showroom) I guess they dont produce diecast model of this car YET!!


I never buy from any ebay seller. despite the fact they could be cheaper but like u say have to take risk. sorry for your lost!

from my experience they shipped with USPS Priority Mail which is 6-10 days with tracking. they also notify your item has reach local custom & took about 2 days to reach to your doorsteps.
For my 430 S only took 4 days to KLIA but local post service took 7 working days to reach my house!

REALCollector: aiksss... besides the bubbles on the car models, this would be another nightmare for diecaster... u juz increase my doubt for online purchase... perhaps this is one of the reasons why many diecast websites don do online transaction with malaysia...

spikey: wow i havent seen tat car on diecast yet... but talking about the Maserati GT, theres one maker doing it - Mondo Motors... too bad malaysia does not have this model available, unless we go to sing to get one...

Today I saw another carrera GT in gunmetal color. Upon closer inspection.. it was different from the black one I bought before. So I decided to buy that.

Didn't know Maisto had 2 different versions of the same car. The difference between both are huge. Front boot,engine bay, oil cap , seats, windscreen and rear view mirror, front headlights, front air dam, interior color, dashboard display, side indicator color, rear wing, 3rd brake light, door handle... i'd say only the shape is the same.. the rest is different.

I bought that from Toy's R us and they have 10% off for all these 1/18 cars. Better yet.. spend rm150, and they give you an rm25 cash voucher you can use next visit. However......... the rm25 voucher can only be used from 1st september to 30th. I not sure why they limit to only 1 month.

myke: thanks man! well it does grab some attention during my outdoor shots... but for the 350z there is no one coz they are busy jogging around while the photoshoot is going on hehe... btw talking bout the R32, i wonder which one is the best... Kyosho or Autoart... from wat i know both these makers produce the police car version and this JGTC version of R32... but from wat i see, the R32 from Kyosho doesnt include side windows...
