I saw a comment in reddit, this guy worked in transportation company where his lorry drivers were given new lorries to drive. Few months later found out those lorries got their parts scavenged, new parts swapped out for old parts, where the drivers pocketed the money from selling those new parts.

Yes, that's the thing.. I am not sure as how many says, go after the company.

We definitely need jabatan pengangkutan to do something but I also don't know what's the best way..

I'm not imagining anything but believe when my time comes it would come no matter how hard one tries to avoid it. Don't you just think out of all the cars on the road the lorry crashed to the selected few? Not asking you to agree with me just my own opinion

nah, just dont agree with your imaginary friend

PDRM busy chasing after religious insult cases but r they doing enough patrolling highways and arterial roads? Was on highway for 6 hours but did not see 1 patrol car
*
Well, incidents such as this also gets less attention or less demand from the people, compared to anything that involved race/religion

Rakyat will say something, and move on. But if involves race/religion, they'll keep fighting fighting, and even take matters into their own hand.

So it's 50% rakyat fault, not fully PDRM fault.

Doubtful he will do it because these transport companies funded his election campaigns.

And he so quiet? Very fishy here.

If the source of funding is true, then obviously he ain't going to do anything about but rather do things that will lead the rakyat on a wild goose chase instead. Just like a dog will never bite the master hand, cause if it did, the doggo will be put to sleep.

Everything said, I think it’s the design of our highways that’s hugely at fault. The median between opposing traffic consist mainly of steel barrier or concrete which proves to be just tofu against heavy vehicles. May stop normal cars but hardly efficient against lorries/buses.

A wider median with a ditch in the middle not only would stop some encroachment but also acts as an efficient water drainage. Example would be dual carriage highways in Australia. You can see an example of this here at a small section between Dengkil & Cyberjaya.
