i think very easy to make such case gone. amend rules to punish transport company/outsourcer to pay 100x the damages, confirm no more lorry accident. Transport company dont care coz rules too easy to bypass

It's time to put the ministerial department people on the road/highways of accident-prone areas weekly.

Every week, loke needs to send 10 of his team members (ministerial and not those clerk-non decision makers) to make rounds on the highways for minimum amount of km covered, as a member of taskforce. Without any escorts and limited to Axia or below grade.

Then every other ministerial department also needs to send 10 on a monthly basis (top posts, not those non-decision makers), with same condition and no member of parliments and ministers are allowed to travel via air for non-emergency meetings, only by road travels without escorts.
