i think very easy to make such case gone. amend rules to punish transport company/outsourcer to pay 100x the damages, confirm no more lorry accident. Transport company dont care coz rules too easy to bypass

whose fault, police/court will determine later. im talkin about accident where theres no maintenance on the vehicle. owner should ensure maintenance is done and hire a proper driver, correct?
