From baker's point of view, its only 200g. Most recipes use 250g or 224g so its not efficient. Pricewise they're putting themselves in the slightly mid tier premium range. The packaging does looks good though.

Personally, I'd rather skip this and go for a more seasoned brand like SCS or Golden Churn. I'm just trying out Westgold butter which I hear a better butter at just under rm20 for a 250g block.

In the comments he said the ones you mentioned are no good, except Westgold. Also here got mention.

Looking at Lotus price it seems pretty affordable...why you say its mid tier premium range?

Farm fresh market this product as "The Butter" cos it is not 100% pure butter, as it is blended with other ingredients.
Therefore it couldn't claim to be 100% pure Butter.

Whereas Anchor 100% pure Butter is made exclusively from milk or cream or both, with or without common salt and with or without additional coloring matter and contains not less than 80% by weight of milk fat.

Its definitely pure butter...ingredient list itself tells you. Made entirely from pastuerized cream and salt, for salted version of butter.

Farm Fresh Milk Malaysia never officially claim this product to be 100% pure butter.
Better you contact them directly rather than argue here.

I think this one is pure butter just like the Anchor.

It ingredients on the label are just butter and salt with minimum 80% fat, while Anchor has 82% fat. The rest of the ingredients are moisture and cultures.

It not like others not real "butter" containing palm oil etc.,

I never tasted this one. For others, I still prefer butters from Europe, like Emborg and President, somehow they taste better than butters from Australia and New Zealand.

Previously I like scs. But nowadays I feel anchor somehow taste better. Westgold I also usually take, but only salted as their unsalted taste weird. When you say better, you mean in taste or in overall butter quality?

As in ff, I doubt it’s really better than the rest. More like paid review je, oh waiii

He shows you how he tested the butter...its very objective...hard to find any flaws with the way he tested the butter.

Its based on the overall butter quality as per the video's testing methodology

I dont think FF is better than the rest. Maybe Westgold is better.

Why you spread fake news? On their FB they said is butter. Butter means butter.

Farm fresh said its butter, ingredient list shows its butter, you say its not pure butter. Then say i want to argue.

Indeed.

I looked at a photo that taken by someone on the net.

Attached Image

The ingredients are just pasteurized cream and salt just like other pure butters, unless they lied.
