if salary cukup2 makan just do barely enough job and no need to do extra work..if other senior guy asked for help and u helped them, make sure u emailed them and also directors(taking ur own credit coz it is ur job & deserved it)...otherwise start looking for others job, u will be surprised how low u r paid or how more skillful u are...take any freelance job if any..
the boss or directors dont know u well personally and thinks u are not part of the "company family"..
