You also have to figure out the air flow, where does the clean air goes, how will it goes, etc.

Else you just have a small zone of clean air if the overall room air is static.

If your house is a fully open environment, then it's useless. The clean + dirty air circulation is quicker than your filter can function.

if it's fully or almost fully enclosed area, yes it will work.
