Do they really help in purifying the air or are they just gimmick?

I feel that unless u switch it on to the max, it doesn't do shit. The santai santai silent sedut option is the useless gimmick

There is no straight answer.
It depends on how big & polluted your room is.
You have any breathing illnesses or sensitive to airborne particles?

Depend how sensitive u are.
For me just open window will do enough the ventilation.

Air purifier should be use in closed area only.

Not that I know off.
It's whether it can help to eliminate or reduce airborne particles in ensuring a cleaner and safer breathing environment?

blue air top in the game

xiaomi air purifier is fine,
but their sensor sometimes go faulty early.
so i rarely use automode on my xiao mis'
always on manual around 40-60% power range. never max.
in fix locations in my home.

if u go smarthome route, u should have a air quality monitor
and do benchmark.
