Plan to buy a house for long term stay, the house will be only under my wife name. Loan will be under her name.
However, in this case can i withdraw from my account 2 for the initial payment if it's not joint name? or anyway to go around? |

 clarify the situation, This will be my 4th property (2 inherited / 2 under mortage), this will be her first. My wife has been sacrifying alot for the family... if things go sore in the end, then that's it. |
