RM15 only?

Can use in West Malaysia ka?

Also the 5G/4G quota no speed limit ka?

Is it good or slow and bad coverage? Anyone tried?

If this is no good, any recommendation for cheapest prepaid in Malaysia with unlimited calls to any network and big data quota? sweat.gif

Yes.

Yes.

Not sure, I didn't notice any speed cap.

Am trying now, so far I can confirm slightly poorer coverage than M and CD in Penang island.

The hotlink sabah plan offers more data if you're out of the state - 60GB & unlimited local calls for RM20 (RM18 with cashback voucher).

But, registration has to be done with a sabah dealer and I couldn't find any esim option.

West Malaysia can use, 10GB only
I don't feel any speed restrictions anywhere in KL or Sarawak, best effort basis
Coverage wise not as good as H/M or CD but mostly usable
Just reload rm15 every month, credit validity will extend to match plan's validity once renew.

Confused, this means it keeps using your 10GB quota and ignoring your 2000GB/110GB quota ka? Even inside Sabah-Sarawak?

Btw, is calling all local networks (digi, celcom, maxis, home number) free and unlimited?

Watch tiktok/youtube no special quota right?

Meaning have to pay RM15 every month and cannot just extend credit without reload?

What about the one time purchase with 1 year expiry? Got this prepaid feature ka?

Most importantly, calling to all local networks is free right? Even home number?

10GB quota is used because the person is in West Malaysia. If in Borneo, 2000/110GB is used first instead.

Free unlimited calls apply to all mobile and home numbers except hotlines and premium numbers. Free unlimited calls also do work in West Malaysia too.

No special tiktok/utube quota like CD.

My meaning is, reload RM15 into your prepaid account and purchase the plan. You will be able to use the plan for the whole month, unlike some other telcos that require reloading RM30 to use for the whole month. 2nd month onwards just reload rm15 and let the plan renew itself.

Outside Sabah, the 60GB is for both 4G and 5G. I’ve been using this plan for close to a year.

But this means I must reload RM15 every month or it will expire ka?

Even if I still have credit left?

Any option to buy 1 year expiry like Digi/celcom prepaid?

Ahh, in this case if your prepaid balance is above RM15 prior to plan renew, then no need. You can also just reload RM60 and just let the credit deduct itself for the next 4 months without any disruptions.

just an alternative to hotlink pantas as spare. It does include unlimited calls and 10gb to use in west msia and auto renewal.
also read it excel on vowifi when travel/overseas, more stable than digi 😁
if travel to east msia the plan include 2000gb which is a bonus.
what i like is the smooth port in process and in app esim activation.

Weaker than CD and M in some locations I was at last week. Didn’t notice any big issues inside buildings other than in elevators where the other telcos lines were equally bad.

Have not tested in rural locations. I rarely go to these places.

The best way to know is to try it yourself.

tested in jb is on par with maxis and digi, speed wise above 300mbps for 5G whereas digi can get over 700mbps.
i remember read somewhere it’s coverage is good where digi falls, if that’s the case for my testing will make it as secondary to replace hotlink pantas 🙊

Speed wise it doesn’t depend on your kopitiam chat style but it depends on concurrent users at that area , your device , which band you are on and signal strength.

Even you get 1000gbps for mobile we barely achieve 90% speed of that speed except you are a crazy downloader and abuser

For me I use maxis and digi I feel most place have coverage. One more thing just for your information outskirts town they have cell tower in village area. Once awhile the electric or issue will arise and after heavy rain or thunderstorm sometimes it goes down.

When that happen usually not one telco it’s multiple telco and telco usually share cell tower . How I know you can check the band that available at any one time
